Hand-me-downs!

The first child you have is always spoiled rotten because very single item has to be prefect and brand new, especially when the mother has OCD. Up in the attic for the next little angel's arrival it goes. When you have your second child you think, "This stuff isn't that old. We can just use it." That ends up okay too. You go ahead and put all the crap back up in the attic, because you know that you will have only one more child since the two you have drive you crazy. What is the use of buying everything again for just one more? The picture says it all. The attic does something to that darn elastic! The moral of the story is, buy that poor, abused 3rd child something new. (maybe if the author's parent's would have done it for her, she wouldn't have the issues she has today. Being the 3rd is rough!)
