We almost didn't buy this house because the yard was so awful. Six years later we fianlly made the changes. Our yard is in and it is the prettiest in the neighborhood. It may not be quite as nice as Regina's, but we have no reports of West Nile Virus at our house! So I guess it's all good in the end.
