Tonight mom and Carsen went on a date to the Diamondbacks Game. Randi's friend Jim gave us a pair of his season tickets so I decided to take Carsen to his first ball game.
This occupied him for another hour until the 7th inning stretch. After the organ and the cool dancing mascot, we were ready to go. One final stop was in order as we made our way out of down town and into 700.
We had an awesome parking pass, so we just walked right across the street the the ball field and found the vendors. Carsen talked all day about getting an ICEE and nachos for dinner. In addition to that, we got a coupon form"kids eat free on Wednesdays". The coupon was good for a corn dog, drink and popcorn. We carried all this to our seats and got comfy.
Carsen ate and drank for just about an hour before he needed some exercise and candy. We stopped by the team shop on the way from the restroom and picked up a stuffed snake and a new ball cap. We found a cotton candy vendor and headed back to our seats.

As he was falling asleep on the way home he said, "Mom, you know what was my favorite part? Being with Randi."
