Enjoyin' the OX

Last weekend all the sisters met up in the OX to celebrate the birth of beautiful little Alexis. Regina and Family had been at Disney all week so Mom, Dad and Raelynn caravaned with Robyn, Richelle, Randi and Sydney most of the way to Ryan's. Raelynn was so excited (yes her tongue was out and fingers were pointing while she danced) every time Dad sped past us. She was determined to win. Inevitably they missed the fast freeway exit and we arrived at our hotel first, but they got to the girls first.

We immediately headed to the outlet mall, more accurately the COACH factory store. We all enjoyed our time and purchased the "must-have" items of choice. We shopped a little more with Michelle, Carlys and the girls, but they were tired and hungry so we continued on without them.

Later we grabbed some dinner and headed over to their house to hang out.

Saturday we woke up at our leisure and again headed to Ryan's. Unfortunately for me, the Suns were playing and that consumed the rest of the day. FINALLY after extreme boredom hit (you can only play so many games of Hungry Hippos) we loaded in the car and went to the beach. We had a good time watching Michelle and her mother wrestle in the ocean, but we decided to try outlet shopping for the few hours we had left.

Later we had a wonderful adults only dinner at Black Angus and then headed back to Ryno's to play games. Turned out we were all too exhausted.

Sunday we went to Alexis' blessing. Ryan did a great job and the blessing dress was gorgeous. After church we packed the car and headed to Ryan's for lunch and solemn goodbye's.

We made great time getting home to our families, but we were sad that the party ended. I LOVED holding Alexis. She is a sweet angel. I loved seeing and playing with Bella and Emily too. We sure miss them here in Phoenix.
