Derek had the opportunity to study butterflies at school last month. Each student was given a caterpillar to take care of, which turned into a chrysalis and then into a butterfly. After all the butterflies had hatched they released them into nature(if you call in the middle of the school field nature). Later that week they class did a play all about butterflies and Derek and his friend led a cute chant.
